Return Policy
At TheProjectW, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy. You may return any unopened bottle of our single malt Scotch whisky within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item).
Exchange Policy
If you receive a damaged or defective bottle of our single malt Scotch whisky, please contact us immediately. We will send you a replacement bottle at no additional cost. We do not offer exchanges for any other reason.
